Parking Guidelines
All parking customers must adhere to the same rules. Thank you for following our guidelines so that the parking system runs smoothly for everyone!
- All vehicles must be parked in marked parking spaces. (For example, not in fire lanes, grassy areas, or an unmarked section of the garages and lots).
- No vehicle shall be parked to extend beyond one marked parking space.
- All vehicles shall park head-in when using angled spaces.
- Except for flat tires, jump starts, and similar unavoidable problems, vehicle maintenance and repairs are not permitted in the parking areas or on other institutional property.
- Compact Car parking spaces are reserved for small vehicles only. Small car designation excludes oversized vehicles, SUVs, pick-up trucks of any size, station wagons, minivans, and crossover vehicles.
- Electric charging station spaces are reserved for EVs only. Vehicles must be actively charging to remain in an EV space. Violators will be ticketed.
- No vehicles can be covered in any garage or lot.
- Outstanding invoices for long-term passes will become violations if not paid within seven (7) calendar days. This process cannot be appealed.
- LAZ Parking assumes no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage to parked or impounded vehicles.
