Passes for Ongoing Care

Long-term parking passes are available to patients and visitors who come to UH Cleveland Medical Center at intermittent intervals. These passes are available for purchase in seven, fourteen, and thirty-day increments and cost $17, $28, and $50, respectively.

Passes are available for purchase online at any time LAZ Reservations. After completing checkout, you will receive a digital QR code parking pass that can be scanned at the entry and exit lane kiosks. These passes are valid for the entire duration of the purchased period and grant repeated entry/exit privileges for the selected parking facility. 

How does the long-term pass work?

After you complete your purchase, a QR code pass will be emailed to you.
This QR code can be scanned on entry and exit - please DON'T pull a ticket to enter the garage! 

How often can I use the pass during a 24-hour period?

The pass can be used to enter and exit the garage as many times as needed. However, only one vehicle at a time vehicle may use the pass.

When do these passes expire?

Long-term passes expire at the end of the purchased period (7, 14, or 30 days) following the start date you've selected.

What happens if my pass expires while I am parked?

You can purchase a new pass or pay for the period of time that you were parked upon exit.

Can I receive a refund for unused days?

No. Refunds cannot be issued for unused days. 

How may I find out how many days are left on my pass?

Please refer to the confirmation email to verify your pass expiration date.

If you would like to make your purchase in person, please visit the Parking Office Monday through Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm (passes not valid for valet).
