Where do I go to use valet service?

There are three (3) separate valet locations as indicated under the Valet Parking Locations page

Can I retrieve my vehicle from any of these valet locations?

Unfortunately, no. Please present your valet claim ticket at the same location you used for drop-off upon arrival. 

What if I lose my valet claim ticket?

Our team will provide assistance in helping identify your vehicle despite not having a ticket. 

What if I believe my vehicle was damaged while using the valet service?

All damage claims must be reported before leaving the UH campus. Our Valet Supervisor will provide assistance in taking a full report so that we can conduct an investigation. Please note that our team does examine vehicles for pre-existing damage on arrival.
